Where are customer-specific prices displayed?
Discounts that have been entered are displayed to customers in the shopping cart when they are logged in. The standard price is permanently displayed on the individual product pages, not the reduced product price.
What functions are available in the webshop customer account?
The customer account offers the following functions:
View open orders, quotes, and order history
Explanation of how returns are handled
Saving the default payment method
Changing your password
How does the search work?
The search browses the shop product portfolio using the material number, area name, and material short text.
Which browsers can/cannot be used?
Internet Explorer, which is no longer being developed by its developers, may cause problems in some areas of the shop. For this reason, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

What should I bear in mind when accessing the website on a mobile device?
Thanks to its responsive web design, the website can be used on any device. The only restriction in the mobile view is the customer account, which cannot currently be accessed via mobile phone. The customer account must therefore be accessed via the desktop version.
