Automatic inspection reminder via E-Mail

Users of the equipment portal receive a monthly summary of the overdue and soon to be overdue equipment of their assigned technical locations by e-mail.

Inspection Reminder E-Mail

In the inspection reminder E-Mail, users are informed about overdue or soon due equipments for inspection at the technical locations assigned to them.

• The e-mail is only sent if the user has overdue or soon due equipment.

• The basis for the number of pieces of equipment is all the functional locations that have been assigned to the user see functional location

• The e-mail is sent on the 1st of the month.

• All new registered users are automatically added to the distribution list.

Deactivation of the inspection reminder E-Mail

1. In the e-mail itself, the user is already informed where he or she can turn off the e-mails if he or she wishes to do so. The setting as to whether the user should receive the check reminder or not can thus be made by the user himself/herself directly in his/her profile.

1. The e-mail notification can also be turned off in the backend by a user with the User Management right.
