possible error patterns in the backend

Keywords: wrong password, wrong user data, missing access authorization, login failed

Missing registration/authorisation for the backend

If the user has not been created in the backend, he or she will receive the following message when trying to log in:

“wrong credentials, please try again” .

This message does not indicate whether the user has merely entered his user data incorrectly or whether his e-mail address has not been created for access to the backend.

Any user from their organisation can find out from these instructions whether the desired user has already been created in the backend:

https://help.carlstahl.com/EN/add-new-user#AddnewUser-1.Checkexistinguser

With the help of these instructions, it is now also possible to grant authorisation to the user who is to be given access to the backend.

If your organisation does not yet have a backend user, please contact your Carl Stahl contact person.
